Senior Digital Consultant, ARGYLE PR

As a Senior Digital Consultant and Project Manager, I was responsible for leading projects or streams of larger client programs involving digital communications such as websites (WCAG 2.1 AA web standards), CRM, Email marketing automation and applications.

I have managed end-to-end website redesigns (budgets ranging from $15-65K), including work planning, managing budgets, client relationships, and teams and/or subcontractors. A list of my projects includes - Website Projects for Manitoba Mineral Development Fund, Workers Compensation Board of Canada, M Builds (Construction), CSSB, EY Consulting, Email Marketing Projects for Beam Suntory, Lagostina.

I am involved in promoting Sigma Group of Companies and its subsidiaries across social media platforms such as LinkedIn, Twitter, Facebook and Instagram. I am responsible for creating social media strategy & content catering to B2B audiences for Sigma Group, Sigma HealthTech, Sigma Loyalty Group. I have been involved in creating an overall digital marketing strategy for real estate projects (owned by Sigma Group). I conduct research and development for content strategy. I consult & assist in website management and deploying a strategy for multiple companies and industries within Sigma Group of Companies.

Digital Marketing Manager, HANSON EDUCATION GROUP

January 2020 - April 2020

I was responsible for supporting the VP of Marketing to define the company’s brand, it's positioning & how it is represented across all business units (school, college & corporate). I was involved in launching a new brand logo, name & guidelines for Hanson Education. My main tasks were to promote uniformity & consistency of brand on social media channels & manage content for Hanson websites (four websites) and develop (in conj. with the in-house designer) collateral, website, & other visual communications media for the company. I managed all social media for the brand (FB, Instagram, LinkedIn, WeChat, Twitter, YouTube). I was required to measure & report the performance of all marketing campaigns & assess against ROI & KPI’s. I have redesigned websites & developed websites with SEO & content in mind. One of my achievements included managing CRM channels for all business units such as language school, high school & Hanson college and showing positive growth in new course registrations & students. I managed the social media across all campuses to oversee all campus channels & maintain consistency throughout our business units.

Assistant Manager, Digital Marketing, SKECHERS SOUTH ASIA

I was responsible to lead digital marketing strategies & execution for a leading footwear brand - Skechers in South Asia. It involved from planning to coordinating & executing product campaigns on the web, social, mobile and e-commerce partners. Moreover, I had to collaborate with online retailers, creative & digital agencies for media buying and creative execution. I was responsible to create and market event websites, internal mobile apps for Skechers. I successfully launched the e-commerce website for Skechers i.e. SKECHERS.IN and was responsible to monitor and manage the marketing. I created around 4 event websites such as Kids summer camp, Skechers Walkathon, Skechers GORUN Clubs to drive registrations for their offline events. I kickstarted the e-commerce business on Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra (Indian online retailers) to increase their overall revenue and share of voice on Digital.

I was responsible to manage twitter business for our top-performing clients in the E-Commerce, Mobile and Travel industry, to name a few - One Plus India, Swiggy, BigBasket, Seychelles Tourism, Ola Cabs, Adobe India, H&M, UNICEF India. I consulted with media agencies, brands and online retailers on their strategies and spends in regards to Twitter. I was involved in ideation, planning and leading paid performance campaigns on Twitter.

August 2015 - April 2017

I started my digital career with Edelman. It involved strategizing & executing paid media plans for Google Search, Display & Social Media for brands such as IndiaFirst Life Insurance, HP Enterprise, PayPal India, Titan, Tata Global Beverages. I have managed and upscaled social media accounts for my clientele such as Jaguar and Land Rover India, Hewlett-Packard India, LinkedIn India, Danone India, Tata Coffee Grand. 
I was responsible to create digital content for LinkedIn, Jaguar and Land Rover, Tata Coffee Grand, Danone India. Moreover, I successfully managed & led the SEM campaigns for Leeds City Region (London) & India First Life Insurance.
Moreover, I got an opportunity to work across the mainline industry as well. I worked on Lakmé India Winter & Summer Advertorial, Pond's Winter & Summer Advertorials for 2015 & 2016.

Marketing Assistant, SHE CANADA MAGAZINE

This was my first internship which helped me to begin my marketing career. I started to assist in marketing the magazine publication to the Canadian Market. I use to work with Regulatory to ensure that the content of all promotional material is fully supported. It gave me a platform to attend networking and promotional events including fashion shows, film festivals, celebrity parties. I was given an opportunity to contribute to Editorials such as blogs & various content-driven articles in fashion, lifestyle and entertainment. I maintained client retention and built client relationships throughout my term.

The program includes how to research and analyze the marketplace and target audience in order to propose the best and most creative media solutions to meet client advertising goals. I learned how to translate marketing objectives into focused media campaigns, assess the strength and weaknesses of different media, analyze media data, and buy and sell advertising time or space for TV, radio, outdoor media, print, and digital platforms. I also learned to speak knowledgeably and persuasively and to negotiate as buyers and sellers of time and space. With a comprehensive understanding of mobile and digital media management, I will be able to work in the fastest-growing area of media sales and media management.
